Social Hour at 5:30pm, Dinner at 6:30pm, Panel Discussion from 7:00pm – 8:00pm

The American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Greater Hampton Roads Section recognizes the importance of our government leaders working together to solve the complex highway issues facing Hampton Roads. In a continuing effect to unite our common cause at the government level, ASHE is sponsoring a Hampton Roads Highway Roundtable event. This meeting will specifically focus on government concerns and recent challenges and opportunities related to our local highway networks.

This evening will begin with a social hour for ASHE members and state and municipal leaders in Hampton Roads followed by dinner. After dinner, panel speakers will be invited to the panel table and given the opportunity to update attendees on recent news in their respective area.

We will have participation from:

• City of Norfolk
• City of Suffolk
• City of Newport News
• VDOT
• HRPDC/HRTPO

And the list is anticipated to grow as we continue to finalize the panelists.

Please note that only “accepting” the invite does not guarantee your attendance to the event. If possible, please register in advance through PayPal or send me ([email protected] ) a note if you plan to attend and pay at the door. Lately, we have been having a large number of last-minute sign-ups and spontaneous attendees. We are very happy to see the participation and accommodate everyone, we just want to make sure we have enough food at our events. Registering in advance helps us ensure we can provide the quality event and food you all deserve.
